• Flash Developers: Full-time or part-time ace multimedia specialists with graphic design experience.
  
  
• Telemarketers: Charming, outgoing individuals who are comfortable inviting business executives to watch a sample Impact Movie, and also to attend our popular webinar, "Coffee with AngelVision". No high-pressure cold calling is required (who likes that, anyway?)
  
  
• Customer Service: Again, charming, outgoing individuals who are comfortable fielding questions and finding answers and like the idea of providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Don't worry, you don't need all the answers to start with.
  
  
• Project Managers: Hey, these folks are charming as well. This is the heartbeat of our production operation. You'll help manage the projects from start to finish and keep all of the moving parts moving and on time. After all, the important part is helping our clients get an effective Impact Movie in their hands so they can put it to use.
  
  
• Picture Hanger: Now, this person doesn't need to be charming but they do need to have a level head and know their right from their left. We're growing quickly. As a result some of the pictures in our office have been hung crooked, too high or too far to the left or right. We need to adjust these from time to time.
  
  
• Office/IT Support: Reception, Accounting, IT support. Yes, these people are also charming and supportive. Our Operations division is growing as well. In fact, many of these positions are paramount in our delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Let us know what you can do.
  
  
• Messaging Experts: We create powerful messages in a compelling fashion to help our clients get their message in front of their audience in a way that it will be listened to, understood and inspire action. If you know what we mean by this, we'd like to hear from you.

Qualifications for each position vary, but here are some common requirements:

• Must be able to kiss-up and say "yes" to anyone, and then actually follow-through on those promises.
• You must be a multi-tasking maniac and a detail diva, able to manage multiple projects from start to finish with little supervision. You can dot every "I" and cross every "t" and deliver a fantastic product-on time.
• Being voted "Employee of the Month" by any fast food chain is a definite plus.
• Collaborate effectively-be able to set your ego aside and welcome constructive criticism.
• You must be open-minded and willing to learn new methods of efficiency and productivity. (We provide thorough training in this regard-you'll accomplish more in one day than you ever thought possible).
• Possess great diplomatic skills when dealing with sometimes hard-to-please clients.
• You must be the Poster Child for focus, drive and attention to detail.
• Constantly assist clients in finding new ways to use their Impact Movies and get their message out.
• Must have the creative ability to dream up powerful advertising messages for a wide-range of products and services.
• Be honest, trustworthy and ethical. Or, be willing to bring cookies and candy to work daily.
• Be genuinely eager to provide exceptional customer service and do anything (legal, that is) to keep our clients happy.
• Knowledge of sprinkler system repair and sushi-making are a definite plus.
